How you opt in to texts

Public description of the FLO.ai messaging consent flow for A2P / 10DLC review.

FLO.ai sends automated transactional text messages on behalf of participating businesses (including hair salons, spas, and home service providers). Messages cover appointment confirmations, service reminders, and customer support. We do not use this program to sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Where consent is collected

Clients opt in when they create an account, register for a service, or complete online booking with a participating business. The consent checkbox is never pre-selected. A person must check the box (or take an equivalent affirmative action) before FLO.ai sends program texts to that number.
